Protein World’s Cinnamon Bun Smoothie

As any of you who have been following my journey with Protein World know, I have been using their Slender Blend products and Toner Capsules for going on two weeks now. Overall, I will be the first to admit that I haven’t been as strict with my diet as I planned to be, but I still managed to lose 3 pounds in 2 weeks. For all of you thinking about trying Protein World, I wanted to share my favorite recipe, which uses their vanilla flavored Slender Blend protein powder (but I assume another brand’s vanilla protein powder would work just fine as well). This shake is absolutely delicious and a great way to get in your protein! Enjoy.


Ingredients

  1. 400 ml Almond Milk

  2. 1/2 frozen ripe banana

  3. 4 scoops vanilla protein powder

  4. 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  5. 1/4 cup rolled oats

  6. 1 teaspoon honey

  7. 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

  8. 4 ice cubes

Directions: Add all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy
