It’s officially March and that means it’s spring break time! Spring break is honestly one of the things I miss most about being in undergrad. I think as we approach the end of the first quarter of the year, we all need a chance to unwind and recharge. Spring break is the perfect opportunity to do so! Although we’re grown-ups now (when did that even happen?), adulting is hard work and I think we deserve to take a little break too. If you’re like me and you think that adult spring break should definitely be a thing, these 3 destinations are for you!
Los Cabos: While all the crazy spring breakers flock to Cancun, the ones who are a little more refined (but still want to party hard) go to Cabo! It’s a super well rounded destination with clubs/bars, water sports, golf, and world class resorts and spas. If you’re looking for a good mixture of turn up and relaxation, Cabo is a great adult spring break destination for you.
Anguilla: Anguilla is one of my absolute favorite adult spring break destinations. This British territory still isn’t on a ton of people’s radars, which makes it feel really authentic and not super touristy. Paris Hilton calls Anguilla her “secret island” so if you pick this adult spring break destination, you just might run into her and other celebs who frequent the island like Justin Timberlake, Liam Nelson, Sandra Bullock, and Jay-Z and Beyonce.
Turks and Caicos: I’ve seen quite a few beaches and Grace Bay never fails to take my breath away. If spending time on a beautiful beach with perfect, soft white sand, clear water, and nice breezes sounds like the perfect adult spring break to you, Turks and Caicos is where you want to go! There are some really awesome all inclusive resorts (some of which happen to be adult only – if you take the concept of an ADULT spring break literally), so you can truly leave all your worries behind.
